The Globe Community is the newest hub of Globe Telecom subscribers' to self-troubleshoot or share solutions on the network's products and services. :)
To be part of the community, register yourself at community.globe.com.ph. You need not to worry because it is for free. If you have queries regarding the network, address it properly there and solutions from other members will help you all the way. Of course, the community admin will verify those solutions for our very own convenience. In this way, we can escape calling on the network's hotline or even the waiting for our turn on the customer service centers. Isn't that amazing? You will become independent in finding solutions or even help others by sharing what you know about the products and services. :)
